What this site collects
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, and message. An IT Fit Call request may also include your team size and preferred meeting times. The current contact form prepares a draft in your email app; it does not submit or save the message on this website. You send the draft through your email provider. Your privacy choice is saved in localStorage undertc-cookie-consent, with your choice, a version number, and a timestamp. Dismissing the notice stores a session-only flag in sessionStorage. These are browser storage records, not cookies. Optional analytics are not currently enabled. If added, optional analytics tools will load only after you choose "Accept All." This site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of visitors. See the Cookie Policy for details.
How it's used
Information you send to us is used only to respond to your inquiry โ to schedule or scope the Legal Data Shield Audit, an IT Fit Call, the Executive Cyber Briefing, or to answer a question. It is not used for marketing lists, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party except a service provider strictly necessary to deliver the message to True Cloud AI, LLC (for example, an email delivery service).
A note on what to send us
Please don't include client-confidential details in the contact form. It is not built to carry privileged or regulated client data, and an initial inquiry does not require it.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the ordinary recordkeeping of that engagement. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time by emailing info@truecloud.ai.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
